CCLeaner (beta 2). Let's you dump all those temp files, browser cache, etc. Also lets you run uninstallers, delete bum registry entries, and turn off startup items. JkDefrag. The merits of defragging on modern systems is debateable, especially with mdoern file systems. Fat32 and NTFS are not modern file systems.
